2. Briefly describe any of the event/activity enumerated above that you participated in.

The Bingo Activity was a yearly event that the Alumni or Scholarship Committee organized.
With the help of the CHSM Scholars, the event was pulled off successfully. The preparation for
this event was well-planned. The tasks were delegated carefully and strategically. The prizes,
especially the cash prizes were something participants truly looked forward to. Besides the
bingo, there were also several booths that people could enjoy. Example of these are food stalls.
Everyone was allowed and encouraged to join. Even though other alumni were not physically
present, they still made sure that they can contribute to the success of their fellow alumni’s
organized event. Without a doubt, the event brought joy and developed a wonderful
camaraderie among the people who enthusiastically participated in the said event.
3. Share the positive experience/s you gained from the event/activity.
Being part of a successful event like this is already a positive experience for me. It
undoubtedly fostered camaraderie to everyone who participated in the event. The hard work of
the people who organized and contributed to the success of the event paid off. Seeing the
people leave the Freinademetz Hall with a smile on their faces was truly heartwarming.

4. Give the significant insights you derived from the event/activity.

This event made me realized that unity in a group is a major key to success. It really goes
a long way towards building a strong relationship. It also made me realized that success of an
event was not mainly about the money or tokens given to the participants but instead, the
experiences, memories and the shared bond that will never be forgotten by the people who
attended are truly what makes the event successful.

5. In a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest, kindly rate the event/activity and indicate why.

From a scale of 1-10, I would rate the Bingo fundraising activity of the alumni and
scholarship committee as 10. First, it was planned ahead, the work was delegated, and tasks
were assigned to everyone. The event run smoothly because contingencies are ready in place
for emergencies. The registration was well organized. Second, the event committee was
accommodating and approachable. Third, the sold food items and souvenirs were worth buying.
Overall, it was really an amazing and remarkable event.
