Consultation under Sub-Clause3.5 [Determinations] for the Determination on
Contractor’s Request for Extension of Time –Main Barrage Works (EOT-M.B-03)

Reference: DEL/NKB/ICB-01/SO/EN/3456 dated January 23, 2015

Dear Sir,
The subject Extension of Time case has been reviewed thoroughly by the Engineer. It requires
clarification/explanation from the Contractor, as was already discussed with your Contract
Manager during preliminary consultation meeting held on February 15 ,2016. Pursuant to
Sub-Clause3.5 [Determination] of GCC, further consultation is required to agree or determine the
matter. For this purpose, we propose a consultation meeting on Friday, March 11,2016 at 9:30AM
in the office of the undersigned. Please confirm your availability on the said date and time and also
bring all the relevant record/additional supporting documents in order to make the meeting
meaningful.
