SCOPE :- This proposal envisages for replacement of 2 Nos Corroded RCC Poles
in Andiramapuram - V - D.T in AE / O&M / Konulampallam Section of
AEE / O&M / North / Sub-Division, Kumbakonam North Division.

SALIENT FEATURES :- This proposal involves with the following works

1.Replacement of Corroded RCC Poles -- by Erection of New
7.5 Mts RCC Poles -- 2 Nos.

ESTIMATE COST :- This Estimate works out to a cost of Rs. 10198 (G) &
Rs. 9758 (N).

CONCLUSION :- This Estimate has been prepared under improvement scheme to avoid
accidents and to maintain Un-interrupted supply to the consumers.

CERTIFICATE :- Certified that the poles were inspected by me on …………………..

and found that the damages are not due to the carelessness / negligence
of any Board officials or staff, falling of Branch of tree belonging to private
person or hit by private vehicle or Article. It is only due to Normal
wear and tear, and also due to ageing.
So, I request that the estimate may kindly be sanctioned early please.
