ENGINEERING SCHEDULE BASIS -
S/N WBS/Activity ID/ Activities/Engineering DisciplinesSS/N Assumptions/Comments Exemptions Note
1 General
This schedule is based on the Front End Engineering Design - FEED (i.e. Project Engineering Start date: 04 May 2020. Engineering Project Completion: 30
1.1.1 Mgt., Survey, Technical Safety, Security & Engineering Design - FEED) Scope of November 2020.
1.1 Works for the Notional Project NAG WELL Platform
Reference 1.1.4
All deliverables under Engineering design (FEED) were factored with a client
review and approval cycle duration of 10-days each. Since 2 review cycles (IFR,
1.1.2 IFA) per deliverable was considered, the total no. of days for client review cycle
per deliverable is 20 days; hence 20 days was factored into the total duration of
each engineering deliverable.

Related to Schedule as whole All deliverables under Engineering design (FEED) were factored with 2 days for
Inter disciplinary checks (IDC)

The entire Engineering schedule comprises of five (5) Main WBS thus: Major
1.1.3
Milestones, Project Management, HSE & Security, Engineering, END.

Survey field activities, and project management activities that are level of
The durations for all engineering deliverables comprises of durations from Start of effort activities (e.g. FEED documentation review, Submission of project
1.1.4 the development of the deliverable to Issue for Approval (IFA) stage, broken dossier etc.) do not have durations for the client review cycles included in
down into 4 stages - Started, IDC, IFR & IFA. their total durations
2 Milestone
All milestone activities are driven by relevant activities under the Level 3 section Only Engineering Kick Off Meeting milestones are driven by START-ON hard

2.1.2 Milestone activities on the schedule typically has no durations.

Engineering kick-off meeting and Award of work Authorisation/ Internal Kickoff

meeting milestones indicates the start date of the project.
2.1 Milestone activities
Engineering Kick-off meeting milestone also indicates the start date of the
2.1.4 Engineering and drives all other Engineering Design (FEED) activities going
forward.

Completion of Front End Engineering Activities (FEED) indicates the end of the Complete FEED Design Milestone also indicates the end date of the project

project but it is presided by only the 'Submission of Engineering Dossier' activity

3 Project Management
This WBS (a sub-WBS of the 'ENGINEERING' major WBS) is comprised of 13 sub-
