    a Fill up the details circled in Red color

    b Do not fill up/Ignore the details which are not circled in Red color
    c Enter captcha and click on "send OTP"
    d Click on "Send OTP", then you will move to next page
    e One Time Password wil lbe sent to the Mobile number which is registered in Aadhar database
    e Enter OTP received on you mobile
    f Tick mark the question asked in "Take a Quick Survey"
    g Click on "Verify & Download"
    h Save the PDF to local drive
    i Aadhaar PDF password will be in 8 characters i.e. first four letter of your name and year of birth inYYYY form
