Position description:
You will be a team member of the sales department, your duties will include:
- selling financial products
- gaining full knowledge about financial markets and products
- offering full educational support and consultancy for XTB customers and potential customers regarding XTB
products and financial markets
- building and maintaining successful long term commercial relationships with clients
- involving in educational projects and events, hosting seminars, webinars for XTB clients

What do we expect?
The perfect candidate for this job is required to have/be:
- fresh graduate student (economic studies is an advantage but not an eliminatory condition)
- energetic personality, comfortable with daily interacting with a large number of clients on the phone
- impeccable communication skills, excellent and correct usage of Romanian language and grammar
- ability to sustain work and deliver results under the pressure of targets
- passion for financial markets, ability and eagerness to learn and understand the markets and economy
- good communicative English language
