SAFETY AT SEA.

PREPARATION.

*Wait 30 minutes after eating before you swim.

*Use sunscreen waterproof.

*Don’t enter fast flowing water.

* Never get in the water if you have been drinking alcohol.

*If you don’t know how to swim, you must stay on the shore.

*Ask someone to watch you while you are swimming.

*Don’t swim with high tide.

*Check for lifeguards on the beach.

*Never get in the water if you have been taken drugs.

* Look at the flags before swimming (green: you can swim, yellow: you can swim
carefully, red means that the water is closed to swimming).

IN THE SEA.

*Get out of water as soon as you star to feel cold

*Don’t’ dive into deep water.

* If you see sharks, try swimming very fast to shore.

IF YOU DROWN.

*Try to ask for help

*If you are alone, keep calm and remember you can swim.
