Prospect we are closely working on:

City Group:

 12 Jan – 15 Jan SAP will engage in ULA.

 20 Jan – 25 Jan we have to get back to City group with hardware sizing; we will
work out on hardware sizing on our end by the EoD of next Friday.

ACME:

 10th Jan we will have ameeting with HoIT Eqram Shaheb.

 We need a con. Call with Ragav Da.
 An extension required for RFP submission by 2-3 days.

Robi:

 Tomorrow later half - we need to set up a call with Sunasish Da and Alok Sir to
discuss more on SAP S4 HANA migration with all possible options along with cost
visibility and more on our meeting we had with Robi team on 9 th Jan.

ACI-WMS:

 ACI-PP Go-live
  Rudradeep Da planned to discuss with Shameem Bhai on next Monday; followed
by our con. call on this Thursday with Somnath Da.
 Rudradeep Da will share the agreement copy with Shakawat & Muiz for clarity in
understanding.

ACI – Health care:

 To be followed up.

New prospects we will be working on:

Summit Communications:

 Shakawat will be arranging a meeting with summit management in the next to

next week for Rudradeep Da.

Paragon, Gemcon group, RahimAfroaz, Orion group – Muiz & Shakawat will sit together and
prepare an actionable plan to move ahead.

 Delivery in ongoing clients:

ACI-PP:

 Shakawat need to sit with Arunava for detail level understanding in overall PP
engagement; what has been done, what’s left and our overall commitment
towards this engagement.

Rediant Pharma:

 Readiness review on SAP S4 HANA implementation. Shakawat will be the

delivery manager and project manager.
 Rudradeep Da is going to share the engagement agreement, general terms and
conditions and prerequisites with Shakawat ASAP.
 We have a meeting at 1pm tomorrow with MD at Radiant Pharma.

Haque Center:

 Shakawat need to sit with Morshed bhai (one to one) for a clear understanding
of what has been done and what’s left.
 We need to have a closure.
 Rudradeep Da updated us that we have submitted a proposal for 6 months
support with 4 options.

Action Points:

 Tomorrow later half - we need to set up a call with Sunasish Da and Alok Sir to discuss
more on SAP S4 HANA migration at Robi.
 Paragon, Gemcon group, RahimAfroaz, Orion group – Muiz & Shakawat will sit
