Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the declaration of the President

of public health emergency the intended date of our occupancy of the
unit assigned to us did not push through.

As a result, we will be requesting for a new date of move from the

original date of April 15, 2020 to June 15, 2020.

We would like to preserve a good relationship and continue to be a

tenant here after the COVID-19 emergency is over or until such a time
that we will be allowed to do business.
