“The servant-leader is servant first… It begins with the natural feeling that one wants to

serve, to serve first. Then conscious choice brings one to aspire to lead. That person is

sharply different from one who is leader first; perhaps because of the need to assuage an

unusual power drive or to acquire material possessions…The leader-first and the servant-first

are two extreme types. Between them there are shadings and blends that are part of the

This picture was taken last December 28, 2016 a yearly program to the people of Sitio 6 in

celebration of Christmas. We have games for children and adults, gift giving to indigent

members and exchange gift.

I believe that this picture shows servant leadership because of the commitment and a good

relationship among the members. With this yearly Christmas program we help one another to
come up enjoyable and joyous event for us to develop a strong bond among the people of

Sitio 6 and able to share the blessing that we had for the year.
