    SUB: Handing over one set of keys of Bitumen Group to HR

    As directed thru circular regarding key system in R&D Centre, the key of lock of
    wooden box in which keys of all bitumen laboratories are placed is being sent.
    This wooden box is mounted on wall of corridor of entrance of main Bitumen lab.
