I write on behalf of D.M. Consunji Inc., (DMCI), in relation to the above mentioned
subject, We would like to request Billing Adjustment from September to October
2018 for the LRT Line 2 Masinag Project with account number 652641814 since the
project has no internet connection with in the mentioned dates.

May we also request Billing statement from June to November since the project did
not received any bills from PLDT.
