Hall Building have damages that needs immediate repair for smooth operation of the offices.
As soon as the COVID-19 pandemic ends/ minimize and an order has been issue for allowing/holding of

On March 12, 2020, the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases
(IATF-EID) per Resolution No. 11, Series of 2020, raised the COVID-19 threat to the highest alert level,
Code Red Sublevel 2, due to the evidence of sustained community transmission of the disease.
The Department of Social Welfare and Development ensure provision of safety nets and
implementation of social amelioration programs and services that shall serve as subsidy for the
provision of basic necessities and tool for the recovery and rehabilitation of the most affected
families and individuals.
This Office was informed thru an email from your good Office that the DSWD Region 6 transferred
already funds to the bank account that we had provided in the amount of P 29, 724,000.00 with
4,954 beneficiaries and you suggested that to schedule the pay-out, if possible, the next day.
In as much as we would like to deliver efficient public service to our constituents, the undersigned
would like to appeal that the Local Government Unit of San Miguel thru the Office of the Municipal
Social Welfare and Development had submitted a total of 5, 409 beneficiaries. Thus, 455
beneficiaries are deducted as they belong to 4P’s. As the lead agency in social protection, I would
like to request that the 455 beneficiaries will be funded in the amount of P 2,730,000.00.

passengers from the Municipality of San Miguel to Jaro, Iloilo City and vice versa. Since the COVID-19
Pandemic started, only SAMODA cooperated with LGU to render service for our constituents like when
we distributed the Special Amelioration Program (SAP) to the beneficiaries. In return for their hard work
in this pandemic, I am strongly requesting to expedite their permit.
