MICRO ENVIRONMENT:

It includes those factors which are close to company and can be controlled by
them. These are known as controllable factors. It includes COPIC.

COMPETITORS:
When it comes down to the competitors, there’s not much of a great problem for
now. We would be the only brand offering a product of this kind in the local
market and also there’s not much of it in the global market. We stand an
advantage as far as competitors are concerned.

ORGANIZATION:
We will strive for a great organizational structure as well as a great inside out
atmosphere. Having the communication fluent between the departments and make
them well connected under a well organized corporate structure.

CONSUMERS:
Maintaining a healthy B2C relation is very necessary these days. We aspire to
provide value to our customers and make an impact in their lives to keep them
motivated.

INTERMEDIERIES:
We will make sure that our product is easily available in the market and that too
in a way that it holds its purpose and dignity.

PUBLIC:
We will make a great image among the public and will establish a healthy public
relation, to motivate more and more people to become our customer.

MACRO ENVIRONMENT:
Macro Environment includes the external factors which cannot be controlled by the
company, thus they are known as uncontrollable factors. It includes PESTEL.

e) Environmental
f) Legal
Although, these factors are out of control and the company cannot do much about
them but we will make sure to prepare strategies for the worst case scenarios and
make plans for the foreseeable future in a way that we tackle greater problems at
every turn.
