Online Business Directory (PHP/MYSQL/AJAX/GMAPS)

Web business directory where businesses can list themselves for free under the relevant category.
Businesses will leave the usual name, address and website details and also be able to upload a logo.
Would like to have some design functionality so businesses can choose limited fonts, colors and layout for
their display ad.

Their listing will be represented as a small rectangular display ad where first ad displayed is first business
registered on the site (like typical yellow pages book). This will encourage businesses to get in early so they
will always be the first 'free' ad on the page.

There will be provision to have premium paid ads which will be larger and more prominent.

There will be a menu bar with locality and business category information. Site Visitor can drill down from
Country to State to Town with results updated in real time (Ajax). Always sorted by date registered.

Visitor can choose whether to display businesses in the area they are searching or businesses servicing that
area as well.

Locality information will also be represented by a Google map which can be filtered to show only category/s
selected (i.e. builders).
