Cultural Dish
Ingredients:
Oil
Ginger
One big clove of garlic
A teaspoon of turmeric
A teaspoon of curry
Coriander
A packet of curry paste
1,5-liter water
One stock block
2 stems of leek
1 stem of bok choy
1 onion
1 bag of carrot julienne
Half a can of corn
1 bag of nuts
1 zucchini
1 can of coconut milk
1 pack of soup noodles
5 eggs
Kitchenware:
A small pan
A big pan
A garlic press
A grater
A spoon
A teaspoon
A knife
Preparation:
1. Cook the eggs in a pan for about 6 minutes, then let them cool off.
2. Get a big pan and put some oil and the stock block in the pan.
3. Peel the garlic and squeeze it through the garlic press. Cut of a small part of about 1 cm of the
ginger root and grate the top layer off. Then put the ginger also through the garlic press and put
the garlic and the ginger in the pan. Then also add the teaspoons of turmeric and curry.
4. Cut the coriander and put 3/4th of it in the pan. Then cut the whole onion and put them in the
pan. Sauté the onion a little bit.
5. Then put 300 ml water in the pan.
6. Wash and cut the leek and put it in the pan together with half the can of corn.
7. Cut the zucchini and carrots and put them also in the pan.
8. Stir well and then put the rest of the water in.
9. Put the curry paste in the pan together with the coconut milk.
10. Then let everything boil and cook while stirring it every once in awhile.
