 Getting the average standing and sitting height of the employees

 Understanding how often the employees move around the office
 Knowing what places the employees need to go to in their office

needed to complete their tasks

 Tools needed by the employees in their call center cubicles to
accomplish their tasks
 Tools needed by the employees in their office
 Understanding how tall the walls in the call center cubicle need to
be for each employees’ privacy while working

B. Building Utilities Consideration


 The type of lighting used in the office to work productively
 The color used in the interior of the office
 Location of the windows for natural light and ventilation
 Location of the mechanical and plumbing panels
