Roles and Responsibilities:


 Qaulity Management: To ensure consistent adherence to quality standards and product
quality through physical, analytical and microbiological analysis of raw materials,
packaging materials and finished products.

- Conduct incoming raw material, primary and secondary packaging material inspection,
evaluation and testing in accordance to acceptance protocol.
- Conduct validation of water treating, syrup preparation, postmix operation and waste
water key parameters.
- Implement, manage and monitor regular QA visual, sensory and physiochemical line
analysis based on established process control points and frequency. Hold production and
distibution of products suspected being out of standard.
- Conduct in plant microbiological QA sampling and test program as required from raw
materials, in process and finished product. Recommend plan of action for any
unsatisfactory microbiological result.
- Perform calibration of all equipment and instruments and prepare standardized reagents
for accurate chemical analysis.

 Manufacturing Management: Assist in the planning ang monitoring of quality assurance


process to attain production key performance

 GMP and Food Safety Compliance: Assist in the conduct and monitoring of quality
assurance and process Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and housekeeping.

 Document Control and Management

- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports as assigned


- Flag and follow up corrective action for microbiological results
