I, OFELIA GAVILAN BERCILLA, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and

presently residing at No.145 Kamias Road Ext. Brgy. Sikatuna, Quezon City, hereby
NAME, CONSITUTE and APPOINT, JOCELYN BERCILLA PADILLA, also of
legal age, and also presently residing with postal address at No.145 Kamias Road
Ext. Brgy. Sikatuna, Quezon City, as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me
and in my name, place and stead, to perform the following acts:

1. To represent me in transacting with any government agency concerning

2. To sign, execute and deliver any and all documents, instruments and
papers as may be necessary and required under the premises, in
connection with the sale of said property ;

3. To sign in my behalf any and all documents necessary and relative to the
above-mentioned transactions with any government agency concerned;

transactions.

5. To take possession of the said property with authority to manage, secure

and oversee the upkeep of the same.
