EVALUATION INSTRUMENT

The written examination from B01 to B04 comprises four sections: (1) grammar use, (2)
vocabulary use, (3) questions identification and (4) response identification.

with short and complete answers.
o To ask/answer wh- questions about countries, nationalities and location
using where, which city, and yes/no questions.
o To ask/answer questions with who and where.
o To describe places/cities using adjectives.
o To identify objects/personal items in singular/plural using indefinite
articles and demonstratives.
o To give and reply to thanks.
o To describe and rate singular/plural objects using adjective + noun or be
+ adjective.

PROCEDURES FOR EXAM ADMINISTRATION

1. Make the exam and answer sheet available in the Learning Path.

2. Students will visualize the exam via Learning Path.

3. Students will have to download and record their answers in the answer sheet document.

4. Monitor your students using Zoom.

5. Exams should last 50 minutes. Please keep track of time using a stopwatch.

6. Once the exam is over, make the exam invisible to students.

7. Students will upload their answer sheets to a folder named “Respuesta de Final Exam” in
Assignments.

8. Students’ files should include their names, course, and schedule.

9. The Scoring Scale has remained the same.

Chamilo: Quizzes/Exams
How do I show the available quizzes/exams to my students?

1. Click on the Learning Path button in the platform’s homepage.

2. Locate the quiz/exam in the Learning Path.

Or,

3. Quizzes/exams will be invisible (gray) to students by default. To make them visible,


click on the “Show” button (3rd button starting from the left).

4. When the Learning Path loads again, the quiz/exam should look like this (color). As
you can see, the “eye” is now open meaning that the material is visible.

5. Once the quiz/exam is over, click on the “eye” button again to hide the material.

6. Students will automatically see their results once they complete it.
