Credit Risk Analyst – Business Intelligence Unit (BIU) – ICICI Bank Ltd Feb-2015 – Present
• More than 4 years of experience in Analytics in Retail Banking Domain ranging from Risk Analytics, Portfolio
valuations, rating to credit scoring.
• Responsible for all the Cards (Credit, Debit & Prepaid) analytics, right from Acquisition, Portfolio
Management, Attrition, Credit scoring, Risk and Fraud for ICICI Bank.
• Develop and monitor MIS to track the performance of risk scorecards and strategies including underwriting
criteria and fraud prevention.
• Monitoring of decision strategies, scorecard performance and portfolio MI to provide insights, and influence

Project 1: Risk Score card for Screening new application’s. (SAS – Logistic, Multinomial Regression)
• Pre-application stage (identification of potential applicants), at the application stage (identification of acceptable
applicants), & at the performance stage (identification of possible behavior).
• Forecast the future behavior of a new credit applicant by predicting loan-default chances or poor repayment
behaviors at the time the credit is granted.
• Risk based pricing, Cross-selling- appropriately identified customers can be pre-approved for other products that
may be of interest to them.
Project 2: Pre Approved – Personal Loan On Credit card (WTL & OTL). (SAS – Cluster Analysis)
• Prepare eligible base, credit limit, credit history, Zero documentation, insta processing
• Developed ‘Business Rule Engine’ for instant disbursal, decision making & lead generation.
Project 3: Launch of co-branded credit card (Amazon Pay & Make My Trip), (SAS-E minor)
• Member of core committee of the project on design & implementation of the product in Retail Banking.
• Made test cases to test the implementation. Project implementation successfully for 10 product lines.
Project 3: Credit/Travel card Marketing (Multi Channel Approach) (SAS – Decision Tree)
• Design segmented marketing campaign & promotions for different type of customer. Encourage digital wallet
usage & provide more spending through CLI.
• Identify spending trends, pattern & customer segment to match promotions with right customer & grow usages.
Seasonal spending promotions – timing spending offer to maximize impact.

• Maintain overall understanding of digital channels of bank, penetration and usage including trends, emerging
