SUBJECT : Delivery of the eLearning Package on Practicing


COVID-19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace

DATE 25 May 2020

In view of the resumption of work following the alternative work


arrangement and observance of social distancing and health standard
measures, as prescribed by the COVID-19 Inter-Agency Task Force guidelines,
a course on Practicing COVID-19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace
was developed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of the employees
and the TTI trainees to protect oneself from being infected by COVID 19 and
prevent the transmission of the disease.

All employees in the COROPOTI are hereby directed to undergo the


course. It can be accessed online through the TESDA Online Learning (TOP)
or offline using downloaded presentation applications in the desktop or laptop.
It is also designed with Competency-Based Learning Materials for face-to-face
or distance learning mode.

Attached herewith is the Learners Users Guide that provides the detailed
procedures in accessing the course.

USER'S GUIDE

Practicing COVID-19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace

Hi TESDAn! This course was formulated to enhance your knowledge, skills and
attitudes in controlling COVID-19 infection and transmission in the workplace. This
course may be taken online or offline. However, we encourage you to use a desktop
or a laptop computer to view the course better. Some features may not work in
smartphones and other mobile devices.

TAKING THE COURSE ONLINE:

1. Go to www.e-tesda.qov.ph and log-in using your username and password. If


you do not have an existing TOP account, you may register by using this link:

2. Once registered, enroll by going to https://wvvw.e-

3. At the end of the course, you will be required to answer a 35-item summative
assessment. You need to get 80% of the questions correctly to pass the test.

TAKING THE COURSE OFFLINE:

1. To take the course offline, extract the files using a zip folder extractor.

2. Open the Powerpoint presentation entitled Practicing COVID-19 Preventive


Measures in the Workplace and take the course.

3. Read the contents and watch the videos on COVID-19 infection prevention and
other important lessons. You can use the Previous and Next button to navigate
the course.

4. At the end of the course, you will be required to answer a 35-item summative
assessment. You need to get 80% of the questions correctly to pass the test.
Click the Start Test button to answer the test. A new tab will open in your default
web browser. Depending on the device you are using, you may be requested
to grant permission or to allow your device to proceed.

5. Take the assessment to complete the course.

6. Fill out the Monitoring Sheet and submit it to the Regional Office for
consolidation.

7. The Regional Office shall fill out the monitoring sheet through this link
https://bit.ly/CourseCompleters for the monitoring of the TESDA Central Office
and for the Certificate of Completion of those who have completed the course.
