Portal Development

I need a Portal developed in the name of my company. I hold an International patent protected intellectual property
rights for features involved in this project. Yet I need a non-disclosure agreement(NDA) to be signed by the service
providers for this project due to the nature of project.

I am listing down certain broad functionalities of my Portal project. More specifics will be provided after the deal
closure and signing NDA.

Following are the general functionalities required -

1. Directory similar to Yahoo/Google directories
2. Highly optimised Search engine to browse internet as well as my own
directory databases(similar to that of Google)
3. Free mailbox similar to gmail
4. Additional features will be provided as we start of work.

I am from a technical IT background, so i understand most of the things involved in these applications. But i need
specialists who have already delivered such solutions. I have decided on PHP, Mysql as the technologies for this
portal, but open to better alternatives with your suggestion.

I need teams with rich experience who have designed and delivered such applications since such search engine
portals need high performance capabilities. So good architects & designers are a must who can suggest best
solutions.

I expect the service providers to have a provision where i can work with their team on a daily basis at service
provider's premises, to make sure it is done as expected and with in time limit.

So, i need this work to be delivered in 25 days flat with Rapid Application Development methodologies. The site
needs to be up and running in this timeframe.
