your health.

I’m going to talk about doing gardening I will do in the future. I think it will be good for my mental and
physical health.

To be honest, I’m a novice in terms of gardening. I don’t have any clue about it, but I think I will have a
crack at cultivating a vegetable garden. I can imagine that I get up in the early morning, water my garden
while enjoying the fresh air and the breathtaking view of my garden. There will be some moments I have
to fertilize my garden. I don’t like chemical substances, so I will choose natural or organic fertilizer for
my garden.

I’m so busy with my study and my work, so I cannot do it now. I think I will do it in the following years
when my life remains stable. Maybe in the summer, instead of travelling to other places, I will stay at
home and start my gardening.

Gardening is really good for my mental health because it’s extremely relaxing. It’s a great way to reduce
stress. Being in nature helps me unwind, escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, forget all the
pressures from my work.

In addition, gardening gives me an opportunity to keep fit, strengthen my muscle, burn excess calories,
maintain a healthy weight, prevent various health problems such as high blood pressure, heart attack,
stroke, you name it.

So, if I had to talk about something good for my healthy, it would have to be doing gardening
