To all to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting

Whereas (ஆகையால்) JOHANNES SEGERUS

WEIDENFELD Gent (பெரிய மனிதர், gentelman). Hath (has,
நிச்சயமாக) by his humble (தாழ்மையான) Petition (மனு,
விண்ணப்பம்) represented (குறிப்பிடப்படுகின்றன) unto (நோக்கி)
us, That with much Study, and great Expence (செலவு) he
hath (has, நிச்சயமாக) composed (இயற்றுதல்) a Tract
(தடம், பாதை) De Secretis Adeptorum, which he is desirous
(ஆவலுள்ள, விரும்புகினார்) to Print in Our Dominions
(ஆட்சிப்பகுதிகளில்), and hath (Has, நிச்சயமாக) therefore
humbly (தாழ்மையுடன்) besought (போகும்படி அவரை
வேண்டிக்கொண்டார்கள்) us to grant unto (நோக்கி) him Our
Royal Licence and Priviledge (சிறப்புரிமை) for the sole
(தனித்த) Printing and Publishing thereof (அவ்விடத்தில்
இருந்து): We have received good Testimony (சாட்சியம்) of the
Usefulness of the said Tract (பாதை, தடம்), and being
willing to give all fitting Encouragement to such
commendable (பாராட்டத்தக்க) Works; have thought fit to
condescend (தன் உயர் நிலை துறந்து கீழ் நிலைக்கு மனமுவந்து
வா) to that his Request; and We do accordingly hereby
(இதன்மூலம்) grant Our Royal Licence and Priviledge
(சிறப்புரிமை) unto (நோக்கி) him the said JOHANNES
SEGERUS WEIDENFELD, his Executors
(செயல்படுத்தினார்கள்), Administrators (நிர்வாகிகள்), and
Assigns (ஒதுக்குகிறது), for and during the space of fourteen
Years, to be computed from the day of the first setting
forth of the same: And Our Royal Will and Pleasure is,
and We do hereby (இதன்மூலம்) Require and Command
(கட்டளையிடு), That during the said Term (காலம்) of
Fourteen Years, no Printer, Publisher, or other Person
whatsoever (எவையாயினும்), being our Subjects, do
presume (கருதுகின்றன) to Imprint (அச்சிடு), or cause to be
Imprinted (அச்சிடுதல்) without the Knowledge and
Consent (ஒப்புதல்) of him the said JOHANNES SERGERUS
WEIDENFELD, his Executors (செயல்படுத்தினார்கள்),
Administrators (நிர்வாகிகள்), or Assigns (ஒதுக்குகிறது), the
aforesaid Tract (பாதை, தடம்), or any Part thereof
(அவ்விடத்தில் இருந்து), or to sell the same, or to import
(இறக்குமதி செய்) into our Kingdom of England any Copies
therefore, Imprinted (அச்சிடுதல்) in any Parts beyond the
Seas, upon pain of the Loss and Forfeiture (பறிமுதல்) of all
Copies so Imprinted (அச்சிடுதல்), Sold, or Imported
(இறக்குமதி செய்), contrary (மாறாக) to the Tenor (ஒழுங்கு,
குணம்) of this Our Royal Licence, and of such other
Penalties (அபராதங்கள்) as the Laws and Statutes ல்
நிழல்கள் என்று தோன்றுகிறது.
