One day, there was a breaking news appeared. It’s a scandal. A man can be seen in the

video as unwanted. It is so prevalent in people that it is widely criticized

One night, a nasty indent occurred in the alley. A man was stabbed in the side of his body

and it was bloody.

In the middle of the night the two best friends met. It’s Miguel Santos and Zack Castañeda.

Miguel had Zacks intention so he confronted the man. He first said “I will revenge to you for

what you did to me.” “Is it true that you are the reason why I lost my scholarship.” “Is it true that

you accused me of taking the test answer?” “Are you the reason why I was accused and punished

at school?” Zack admitted that he was the one who did all that. “Yes, why? “can you do

something?” Because Miguel is so worthless, poor and boastful. Zacks stated that. Zack insulted

Miguel for saying he was more better than Miguel and he also admitted that he is the one who

made for the scandal he had inflicted on Zack.

The tension between us is getting hotter. “Because of you my life becomes cruel. “You

ruined my life! I’ll give you a revenge! Said Miguel. Zack reimagined standing and fiery and he

told the man he was facing that he is so being boastful, seize, over and worthless. “You deserve

all that!” You stole everything that was supposed to be for me? You’re Greedy! You should just

die!... Miguel was angry and told Zack he was going to jail and that his parents would final out

about his evilness. Zack exclaimed and said “Try it! Then I’ll kill you!” I will not let you destroy
me forever. Miguel immediately respondence to Zack’s grudger. “I’m not ruining yourself

Zack.” You’re the who’s ruined your life. You go along with your envy and anger. You did that

to yourself. Do not blame others for your evilness. Miguel said calmly. For a while, Zack pulled

out a knife but Miguel got the knife from Zack. Zack begged Miguel because of nervous and

fear. Its apologizes! Miguel replied and said that… “You’re right, I will give you the revenge

you deserve. “I will bring you in Prison.” Zack is cunning then he grabbed Miguel’s hand and hit

himself with the knife that Miguel was holding… Because he wanted Zack to be the first to put

in prison. Miguel immediately ran to ask for help and a student witnessed the incident from a far.

Days Passed by. After the scene happened with Mr. Santos and Mr. Castañeda, they’ve

raised a hearing in the court. To clear and find out the real happened between the two

complaints. On that night, around 6pm on September 25, 2010 Mr. Santos has detained and

charged under section 302 of Penal Code. He committed the offense at 7pm September 25, 2010

at the premises #40 San Fernando St, Brgy. Guagua Calamba, Tarlac. If the accused were found

guilty, He will be sentence to imprisonment more than 12 years to 20 years with fine equivalent

to ten up to one hundred times the average daily income. The victim side represented by Ms.

Cruz while, from the defense council side represented by Ms. Roger. Ms. Cruz the lawyer of Mr.

Castañeda asked for the permission to bring the detainee to the witness to stand for some

question. She firstly said that she found out that Mr. Santos is a closely friend of Mr. Castañeda.

“It is true.” Mr. Santos admitted. Ms. Cruz continuously asking. It means that you know and see

the difference between your life and Mr. Castañeda’s lie. “Is this the reason why you are serious

of his living?” “Is Mr. Zack helping you on your financial needs?” But for some personal reason
he couldn’t help you anymore, which caused you to lose your scholarship. Is that the reason why

you are trying u kill him? Mr. Santos insisted that it wasn’t true. Ms. Cruz recalled again the

scene in the dark alley, “September 25, 2010 exactly 7pm you followed Mr. Zack in a dark alley.

To confront and attempt to kill him right? “All is a sudden, Ms. Roger, The Lawyer of Mr.

Santos exclaimed that, Objection to the question for lack of basis and it assumes a fact not

established. But the Judge let Mr. Santos to answer the questions asked by Ms. Cruz. Mr. Santos

told us that it’s true, “Yes, we met that night but my intention was not to hurt or kill him.” “But

to confront him because he found out that he was the one who spread the fake scandal side on

social media.” “he ruined my life!” That’s all your honor. It is very clear that Mr. Santos has,

motive to kill Mr. Castañeda. With a lack of basis and assumptions of facts he attacked, beaten

and even stabbed the victim.

The court invited the student who witnessed the horrible enemy. Ms. Cruz asked some

questions regarding this matter. Can you tell and point out the two men you saw? The student

point out her finger to the two men what happened in the two men you’ve encounter? “I’m really

scared because of was the past time I’ve seen such horrible crime.” “She said in a trembling

tone.” “I also hear the guy begging so that they would not reach that point, but there, it happened.

Someone stabbed. Is the man who stabbed and begged not to be hurt was that man? Is that man?

Ms. Cruz point off her finger to Mr. Castañeda. “Yes he is.” Student responded and that man was

the one who stabbed him, right? “Yes, he is. She said, Have your two eyes seen the dependent

stabbed the victim?” Yes, I’ve seen it clearly. Your honor, as you can see, the defendant tried to

flee for the crime he committed. In a way he pretended to be a witness who wanted to help the

victim. This method is often to this scene, but he does not expect the victim to survive. “That’s

not true!” Mr. Santos Shouted. No more question your honor this time. Mr. Roger turn to speak
and asked the defendant for some questions he must answer rightfully your honor. The witness

would like to made her identity to protect her privacy. “I love Zack, That’s why I gave

everything that will make him happy. But I didn’t expect that video scandal. He is very evil, he

betrayed everyone that was around him. You are worst! Mr. Santos is how being asking. Can you

tell us “Where you were in the dark lane that night? “At those times I know he was always in that

alley. “Because his parents come home at 6pm and he is confronted by resentment. “I was there

believe, I didn’t want to believe. I was really hurt when he confessed.” “I admit that I was the

one who started the incident, but had an intention of killing or hurting him too much, I was just

struck by the rush of emotion shocked.” “Because he told me I deserve all that happened and I

deserve to die” why has it come to stabbing, Miguel? “when I threatened him that he will he will

go to jail and his parents would found him guilty, suddenly he pulled out a knife and threatened

to kill me.” “If I did, but all of a sudden everything changed his mixture changed.” I didn’t

understand him.” “I was surprised when he suddenly pulled out my hand and stabbed himself, I

didn’t stabbed him. I’m not the one who stabbed him.

Now, Mr. Zack Castañeda was his time to explain his side. He is being asked by Ms.
Roger. The night you said you were stabbed by Miguel. Do you know the reason? “Yes and he

myself?” Your Honor, client was purely victim who was accused in a murder. The never thinness

or thought of killing someone. Your Honor, It’s pretty obvious if the accused Miguel Santos has

already an evidence against Zack Castañeda, Why would he attempt to kill him?

“At that moment I felt that the law was still on my side.” Being a victim of someone like

Zack is not easy… “He is especially rich compared to me, but at that moment I was happy,

because I could fix the things that Zack ruined.”
