Ready for Telemarketing


Week 2 – Assessment & Leader Promotion
Tests Completion & Submission:
 Total of 5 tests will be shared with all PRs and they need to share the answers with their Leaders, Owners and respective
HRs.
 Leaders/Owners assess the answers and grade* the answers.

Videos & International Networking:


 PR’s attendance in the Video calls organized – Domestic & International – will be closely monitored by the Owners and
Leaders.
 Learnings of the External & Internal Video Links for Knowledge Transfer purpose will be monitored by the Owners and
Leaders

Sales:
 6F through Telemarketing

Certification – Level 1: Leader


 If the PR has performed as per the set standards of the Owner, the PR will be certified with Level 1 Certificate of Skill
Kulture.

*Grading System: Grade Category


- 1 to 4 (1 being the lowest, 4 being the highest) 1 Below Expectations
Important Note: 2 Poor
- To Be Level 1 Certified, minimum Grade accepted would be 3. 3 Good
- The PR can start with Telemarketing at this point strictly at owner’s 4 Excellent
discretion.

Week 3 – In Pursuit of Level 2


On Completion of Level 1, Leader prepares the PR for Level 2.
Assessment:
 The PR will now have access to all Internal & External YouTube Videos for learning.
 Post viewing all videos, PR would be given 5 more assessment tests to undergo.
 Answers with be graded by the Owners & based on the grade system as mentioned earlier

Sales: 6F
PR: 1 (Getting on PR on board through their personal connects)
Stipend
 On successful completion of above criterias laid down – Assessments, Sales & PR Hiring, , the PR would be Level 2
Certified.
Grade Stipend
 Post getting Level 2 Certification, the PR would be entitled for a Stipend
Payout as below based on his overall performance: 1 Nil
 Note: The amounts mentioned in the grid across could vary/changed at 2 Nil
your respective owner’s discretion. 3 4000
