The vacant lot is located in San Antonio 2 San Pablo, the lot measures at least 5 hectares

and it was owned by Mr. Keiser Guevarra. The vacant lot costs

How to go San Antonio 2, San Pablo City, Laguna

San Antonio 2 is about an 1 hour from the San Pablo City. You will also see the

others tourist spot near in the highway during traveling the place. The terminal going to

San Antonio 2 is located at the front of Pure Gold San Pablo in the Morning, while in

evening is located at the side of Church of San Pablo and only Php 15 for fare. All

transportation in the places are jeepney, tricycle, Bus and other vehicle. The last trip from

San Pablo City to San Antonio 2 is 10 pm while in Manila – San Pablo is 24 hours

service to passenger. But there’s has an alternative way to easily go to Researcher Grande

Vista Hotel and Resort that located in San Antonio 2 San Pablo City

In the 2017 census, San Antonio 2 San Pablo City had a population 3 871. In 2018

January – March it had a population of 3 921 the males is 1 944 while the female is 1

997. The population according to (2016) 266,068 and the density was 1 300/km (3 500sq

mi.). in San Pablo City electoral roll in 2016 had 131 815 registered voters.

Source of income of the people in San Pablo are agriculture, fishing, construction,

coconut is the one main products of the city also the Seven Lakes namely Bunot , Pandin,

Palakpakin, Yamboa, Muhicap, Kalibato, and Sampaloc Lake. The Livelihood profile in

From Manila, the hours of travel from Manila- San Pablo it would take2-3 hours

to arrive at san Antonio 2 it takes about an hour to reach the destination which is the hotel

and resort it easily to see because the resort is near in highway.

San Antonio 2 is one of the 80 barangay in San Pablo city, Laguna it also known the

first province in Laguna. San Pablo is the oldest cities in the Philippines and its located in

the southest part in Laguna.

Strengths are defined as what each business does best in its operations which can

give it an upper hand over its competitors. The following are the strengths of Grande

Vista Hotel and Resort.

Affordable Price

The Grande Vista’s strength itself is the low price which everyone can afford.

Providing a low cost price can gain popularity which can increase the visiting tourist rate

in the Hotel and Resort.

Loyal Customers

The loyal customers will make the Grande Vista Hotel and Resort famous. By

having customers visiting frequently, it can attract other tourist to experience the services

that are provided by the Hotel and resort.

Excellent Customer Service

Grande Vista Hotel and Resort will provide a top service quality and customers

are given a lot of personal attention. The decor of the restaurant is imperial and the

architecture inspirational and the service quality is consistent across all its properties.
Weakness

Weakness is used to refer to areas where the business or the brand needs improvement. 

Limited Accommodation

By having great popularity and gaining a lot of loyal customers, the Grande Vista

Hotel and resort might not provide enough rooms for the other customers / tourists. In

that point, the Grande Vista Hotel and Resort might plan to expand their area.

Opportunities refer to those avenues in the environment that surrounds the

business on which it can capitalize to increase its returns. Some of the opportunities

The trends in the hospitality market are changing. The customer is fussier but

willing to pay more for value-added services. This means that hotels by focusing more on

personalized attention can charge higher for their facilities.

Threats are those factors in the environment which can be detrimental to the

The main competitors of Grade Vista Hotel and Resort are the Villa Escudero.
Price Wars

Having a competitor is one major problem for the business. Villa Escudero is the

competitor for Grande Vista Hotel and Resort, At this point the competitor might lower

their price cost in order to gain more customers.

There are three are three types of tourist that we wanted to target. The Adventure

tourist, leisure tourist, Health or Medical Tourist. The larger percent that were targeting is

the leisure tourist because our hotel is for staying and have a comfortable place, and for

fun and also it is the big possibility that tourist interested. The second larger amount of

number is Adventure tourist because they seek adventurous activities that may be

dangerous, and also for enjoyment. The third one is health or medical tourist many health

or medical tourists also make trips simply to stay for few days in healthier climate and

also for relaxation.


Target Market

The target market of the business will be from the everyone that who want to visit

the researcher want to build. Because the researcher want the tourist to feel relax,

comfortable and enjoy the whole stay of the researcher Grande Vista Hotel and Resort.
Objective Setting

We want to achieve a destination that offers capabilities from the people of San

Pablo, We researched how to have a good hotel with great accommodation, attraction,

Activities, Accessibility which tourists can experience in able to have a great vacation.

The objective setting tackles about overall in plan of action.

Accessibility

San Pablo City is 30 km away from the capital of Laguna which is Sta. Cruz

Laguna. The travel times is 1 hour drive via National Highway and Calauan to San Pablo

Highway excluding traffic.

Brgy San Antonio 2 where our resort is located was just 5 – 10 minutes away

from near in Mall, convenience store, and other resort.


Our resort is also easily go in San Pablo City Medical Center in just 26 minutes

and 14.2 kilometer including the traffic.

Accommodation

In Grande Vista Hotel and Resort our accommodation provides two types of

rooms, the first is the First Class Room that everyone can afford because you will avail it

with the price of Php 1500 with an air-condition but is smaller room than the middle class

room it also includes high speed internet access internet access in room. Then the next

type of our room is Middle Class Room is a bit expensive than the other types of room

and it has a biggest room. You will avail the room in Php 3500 it is available 5-10

person and it has a full service in Hotel and Resort. In every room there is a first aid kit.
Attraction

The tourist can access the following attraction like the Coffee Shop, Souvenir,

Restaurant, Spa/Mini Gym, and the Swimming Pool/Hot Spring.

Activities

In

the Grade Vista Hotel and Resort there is Live Band Gigs so everyone can experience

live band concert to be held in second floor. In Multi – Purposes hall event, tourist can

plan their own events like having a reunion wedding party, birthday parties etc.
Amenities

Our Hotel and Resort provides services like baggage area, first aid kit,

Housekeepers, and 24 hours’ security. In baggage Area all the tourist’s baggage are

properly secured. There are First aid kit just incase when the tourist is not feeling well.

There is some house keeper who will be in charge of keeping the room tidy and clean.

The Hotel also have a 24 hours security to make tourist safe and secured.
