Find a relaxing rest position on your bed…. If you can lie down….
Relax your shoulder…. Keep your arms aside your body….and give yourself
Take a few breaths to settle in… to tune into this precious time to unwind and
relax…

If you feel stressed… if you feel anxious…if you are tired but you need to
unwind and sleep you are in the right place….all the emotions you collected
from the day so far it’s time to release it all.. it’s time to release these negative
sleep….
Just think that these negative feelings are generating stress and anxiety..
useless empty emotions that are going to undermine your serenity and your
balance in your life… let’s reclaim your place in the world being present in the
moment…
Consider that you can’t change what happens in your life but you can change
the way you feel about certain events, people and situations….
It’s time to shift your perspective… it’s time to release all the tension…
Imagine you are out for a nice relaxing walk outside…maybe in your
area nearby your place where you feel relaxed and absolutely at ease….
You are taking few steps to get deeper and deeper into the earth….sense the
fresh air entering in your lungs…. Sense the smell of fresh air pervading
you…..take a look at your feet…. They are naked…You see them immerging
into the green fresh grass….your feel a sense of connection of union with the
earth….you are free from the world…free from the day so far…. You don’t
need fancy clothes…you don’t need to put a smile on your face if you don’t
need to… you are free of just being you….no masks…no rules… you are free…
See the blue clear sky above you… It’s so beautiful and it gives you an instant
sense of calm and peace….. it’s like is calling you…it’s like you feel a sense of
belonging to that sky… you take a long deep breath into the nose looking
up….and exhale out of your mouth with a liberating sigh….. The sky is calling
you and your body and mind are in sync to let you connect with it….
Now you feel yourself light as a feather….no more burdens…no more pressure
You feel your feet leaving the ground and your body floating away…..you are
not scared… you are present in the moment and you are enjoying this
Now if your mind starts wandering and some negativity or worry shows up
breathe into it to let it go.. You are now floating on air….you are like a
balloon…if you leave yourself go you can go up and up in the sky with no

You are now flying all across the blue sky…. It’s so relaxing… you feel free…
