Floating on air meditation script

Find a relaxing rest position on your bed…. If you can lie down….

Relax your shoulder…. Keep your arms aside your body….and give yourself

the chance to do absolutely nothing….

Take a few breaths to settle in… to tune into this precious time to unwind and

relax…

………………….

If you feel stressed… if you feel anxious…if you are tired but you need to

unwind and sleep you are in the right place….all the emotions you collected

from the day so far it’s time to release it all.. it’s time to release these negative

energies and embrace a moment of complete total relaxation to finally get to

sleep….

Whatever happened to you leave it all behind….

Just think that these negative feelings are generating stress and anxiety..

useless empty emotions that are going to undermine your serenity and your

balance in your life… let’s reclaim your place in the world being present in the

moment…

Consider that you can’t change what happens in your life but you can change

the way you feel about certain events, people and situations….
It’s time to shift your perspective… it’s time to release all the tension…

Take a long deep breath in….and long breath out…

Imagine you are out for a nice relaxing walk outside…maybe in your

courtyard…in your garden…or in the park next to you…Visualize one green

area nearby your place where you feel relaxed and absolutely at ease….

You are taking few steps to get deeper and deeper into the earth….sense the

fresh air entering in your lungs…. Sense the smell of fresh air pervading

you…..take a look at your feet…. They are naked…You see them immerging

into the green fresh grass….your feel a sense of connection of union with the

earth….you are free from the world…free from the day so far…. You don’t

need fancy clothes…you don’t need to put a smile on your face if you don’t

need to… you are free of just being you….no masks…no rules… you are free…

Now take a look up…

See the blue clear sky above you… It’s so beautiful and it gives you an instant

sense of calm and peace….. it’s like is calling you…it’s like you feel a sense of

belonging to that sky… you take a long deep breath into the nose looking

up….and exhale out of your mouth with a liberating sigh….. The sky is calling

you and your body and mind are in sync to let you connect with it….

Long breath in……Long breath out….

Don’t be shy…go for it…


Long breath in…..Long breath out………….

Now you feel yourself light as a feather….no more burdens…no more pressure

on yourself… you are so light you can fly….

You feel your feet leaving the ground and your body floating away…..you are

not scared… you are present in the moment and you are enjoying this

precious chance to be free….

Now if your mind starts wandering and some negativity or worry shows up

breathe into it to let it go.. You are now floating on air….you are like a

balloon…if you leave yourself go you can go up and up in the sky with no

effort….

You are now flying all across the blue sky…. It’s so relaxing… you feel free…

you feel amazingly in tune with yourself because you left all your problems

behind… down on the earth and now you have the chance to look them from a

different unique perspective… nothing can harm you up here….you have the

chance to be you…to be alone…to be happy…to be free….

While flying across the sky you see a cloud showing up in your clear blue sky

and imagine it’s one of the negative thoughts you have…maybe a negative

assumptions people made about yourself….a problem at work….a stressful

relationship…an argument….imagine it’s a feeling of unhappiness and stress…

anything undermining your life.. your happiness.. your balance.. your

commitment to the present moment…to relaxation…


Deep breath in….into the cloud…into your negative thought….deep breath

out…see how your breath push them away….clearing up your sky and giving

you the chance to see the blue clear sky back again…cleansed from all the

negativity and the stress that was overcrowding that peaceful scenario…

Deep breath in….into the clouds…deep breath out…see and sense all the

things you need to get rid of fading away……leaving you with a sense of

renewed calm and relaxation…..

Deep breath in….into the clouds…deep breath out…

Deep breath in….into the clouds…deep breath out…

And again…

Deep breath in….into the clouds…deep breath out…see and sense all the

things that no longer serve you going away…leaving you with a sense of

renewed calm and relaxation…..

One last time…make the most of it.. take the deepest breath you take in all day

Deep breath in….into the clouds showing up into your sky…let them gather all

your fear and your anxiety and go for it…. long deep breath out…watch them

disappearing…fading away….

You have now the chance to fly in a completely blue serene sky….

You are now ready to surrender….


Feel the wind on your face…the fresh air against your skin….feel the blue

around you supporting you and giving you the chance to reconnect with a

divine relaxed state….

Let your breath getting heavier….. feel your body getting heavier….and slowly

imagine your body coming back on the ground…..slowly at each breath it gets

down….down…down….

You are now back in your bed….ready for a long rejuvenating sleep….

Now you have a light relaxed mind ready to fall asleep….

Say the mantra…

I AM RELAXED….

I SURRENDER….

I AM READY TO SLEEP

Now spend a few moments in stillness….

Bring your hands on your chest and notice how you feel…

…………………….

Notice how with the power of being present in the moment… you have been

able to cleanse your mind from the day so far to get ready to sleep…floating

on air…ready for a real complete relaxation.. the one you deserve…the one

your body and soul need and crave for…. You made it.
Now bring your palms together and seal this practice with Namaste.
