    1) Draw to scale the Load line mark and the load lines for a ship (Port Side) (10 Marks)

    2) Profile / midship section view of a ship showing freeboard, molded & extreme depth and beam (05 Marks)

    3) Sketch the profile view of a ship and name the principal dimensions (Forward perpendicular, (05 Marks)
    Aft perpendicular, LBP, LOA, amidships, depth & sheer)

    4) Explain following Terms (10 Marks)


    a) Camber
    b) Tumblehome
    c) Stem rake
    d) Keel rake
    e) LWL

    5) Draw a net profile view of Gearless bulk carrier, showing 5 holds & name any 10 parts (10 Marks)
