The six questions below are related specifically to the Company you have selected for your report.
1 (5 marks)
Draw the organogram of the Company, showing its major departments.
2 (10 marks)
Select two Jobs in two different departments and mark them on the organogram. Write the annual
goals of each department. Now describe the WHAT and HOW targets of each Job, completing the
diagram below.
3 (10 marks)
Propose KPIs to measure each WHAT and each HOW target.
4 (5 marks)
Write each of these targets in the Performance Agreement Forms of each Job assigning weightage.
Explain why you have given a particular weightage to each target.
5 (5 marks)
Fill the table below for the Behavioral Competency mentioned for each of the two Jobs:

Evaluate how Performance Management is utilized in the Company for Training & Development and
Succession Planning. Do a root cause analysis to determine the weaknesses. What measures
should be taken to remove these weaknesses?
