1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Iman Enterprise established in 2019, we operates both virtually and through


physical branches. We offers premium quality with unique detailing,
specialising in instant hijabs at affordable prices whilst upholding the Shariah
Islamic code of hijab. We operating from our headquarter in Ipoh, Perak. We
also offering a service in sewing for our customer.

We Offer 5 Type of Tudung’s Materials:

Usually we will take our material from Indonesia and make it in Malaysia. Iman
exclusive is our hijab’s brand. For our beloved customer we will give a hijab’s
ring as a free give. Our customer satisfaction is our first priority.
2.0 COMPANY BACKGROUND

Our business is a newly established business in early 2019 as a trade of various types of
scarves that is appealing to many women according to the rules set by Islam. Our business is
choosing to focus on dynamic and innovative management styles to differentiate our business
from other hijab businesses. It systematically offers customers across Malaysia the latest
international hijab trend. Moreover, the management of our company has always placed a
strong emphasis on understanding what it wants to do and strives to be sensitive to what we
want to do.

At the beginning of this company, we had five brands of scarves with different types of
scarves and fabrics used to produce quality products that fit the motto of the company.
Among the brands under our umbrella are Syafiyah CO, Mas CO, Zizan Co, and Dayah Co.
In mid-2019, our company launched the 6th Brand, the Iman Enterprise. Our business has
diversified the types of fabrics and types of fabrics used to produce internationally-accented
scarves and customer demand in Malaysia. In terms of marketing, our company has only one
branch in silver. We hope the company built with four partners will grow and open new
branches in other states.

Our business started with our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mohamad Azizan Bin Abdullah
followed by the three main department which are Marketing Department, Finance Department
and Operation Department. Iman Enterprise have appointed Masturyna Binti Abdul Ghani
as the Head of Marketing Department, Nurul Syafiyah Binti Kamarulzaman as the Head of
Finance Department, and lastly Nurhidayah Binti Mohamed as the head of Operation
Department.

2.1 Mission and Goal

The Iman Enterprise has a simple and concise statement of words that summarizes the
purpose and goals of our company in one simple phrase, "to provide quality, comfortable
hijabs for the air and the best services at the best value". In this verse we see three main
values that are stated:

1. To provide high quality scarves that are in line with the Company's main goals.
2. To provide excellent service which is to ensure that customers have the product they
are looking for and to enjoy the experience of buying a variety of products in our
company.
3. Take the experience of putting on a great and new product where visitors enjoy the
best value when they stop by our business.

2.2 Vision

While the Company's mission statement guides the company's work principles, the vision
statement helps drive the company's long-term direction, "to build a global brand". It reflects
the ambitions and drivers of the Co management team.

Iman Enterprise is a private limited company. A form of company is chosen
because it has a specific right and obligation. This also requires assets to be in
own name and to take legal action as well as face legal proceedings on the part
of the firm itself. In addition, funds for the company can be easily accessed from
any bank or financial institution by personal savings or loans.

The most important things that need to be emphasized are the efficiency of the
management. In order to assure our business runs smoothly, must maintain the
consistency and development of the organization. If the element did not exist,
the organization planning will fail and the goal of the business will not be
accomplish.

Iman Enterprise is the company supplies basically scarves. Our scarves actually
made for multi purposed use, and this kind of product brings convenience for
user to wear it everywhere and anytime. The uniqueness of the product is user
also can wear it for sport.
Our scarves high quality scarves. We also supply a wide variety of shapes, sizes,
types of fabrics, and types of veil such as canvas, shawl and sheath and inner
lining that are soft and non-warm. The manufacturers involved in our business
are contributing ideas as well as supplying raw materials such as quality to make
products that are comfortable to our customers' needs. The idea of this creation
of product came from a survey done by our team mates on product that needed
by women especially by Muslim women but still follow the Syariah compliance.
Most Muslim women wants a product that shows the current trends of women in
the era but at the same time follow the Syariah compliance. Our scarves will
shows the current women trends with elegent, classic and the show modernity of
women at the same time follow the Syariah compliance.
We design the product according the material and measurement the suitable for
most women. Used material made from chiffon, satin, chiffon, lycra and
mosscrepe.
Our company, have their own market scenario plan to grow in the market in
Malaysia. Iman Enterprise focussing on the do’s and don’ts of our market
strategic plan. Iman Enterprise fight the urge to make a decisions based on what
we already know. Our company is avoiding to relying on readily on the
accessible information or evaluating trends only within the same geography or
the industry context. Thus, our company prioritize trends using first qualitative,
then quantitative approach. We, not assuming that the future will be the same
like the past. Our company build scenario around critical uncertainty, engaging
top executive through experiential technique. We also avoid outsourcing and
delegating the creation of scenarios to our junior team members.
6.0 MANUFACTURING

Iman Enterprise is a company that sells brands from our own company. The
manufacturers involved in our business are contributing ideas as well as
supplying raw materials such as quality pliers to make products that are
comfortable to our customers' needs.

Manufacture of Iman Enterprise differs from other manufacturers of scarves


through comfort, high quality cloth, fine stitching and various types of scarves.
Iman Enterprise will continue to supply and manufacture quality products as per
the current demand by using comfortable styling concept.

Iman Enterprise in providing the collection of scarves will continue to expand to


meet customer satisfaction requirements. As the business grows, the Iman
Enterprise branches will exist. According to our Chief Executive Officer's
statement, he will grow this business in every state of Malaysia. We will
continue to release the latest design according to the trends.

Iman Enterprise will continue to maintain good revenue from year to year so
that the business will last longer and stronger and become a consumer name.
7.0MARKET STRATEGY/APPROACH
I. Marketing Plan

Product

Iman Enterprise differs from other manufacturers of scarves through comfort,


high quality cloth, fine stitching and various types of scarves. In addition, a wide
variety of shapes, sizes, types of fabrics, and types of veil such as canvas, shawl
and sheath and inner lining that are soft and non-warm. It is easy to wear, save
time and at the same time it will cover women aurat. In summmarize, our
product is the best materials and also follow the Syariah compliance.

 Attractive Logo Design Strategy


We in Iman Enterprise, we design our own attractive logo to differentiate
our business to other competitors. The logo design, it symbolizes of our
product and easy to be recognized by our potential customers. The logo is
using attractive colour which is the combination of pink, and cream
colour. Our logo also has a few clip art insert in the logo that has their
own unique meaning that represent women.
 Packaging Strategy
We choose the method of packaging the product using the paper bag. This
is because paper bag can use as recycle product and easy to demolish.

Promotion

Iman Enterprise promotion methods are focus on introducing our product to our
targeted customers. Promotion is vital to a new company like our company, thus
we maximize our promotion into a limit as long to reach our target market.
First and foremost, our team members will create a website of Iman Enterprise.
which would be absolute vital to the company. Update availability of our
product, offers, and a details of our company such as location of our stores,
opening and closing store hours and also any other basic information that
necessary for a successful marketing plan of our company. Creating a link or a
website that shows up on Google when searched is also important. That could be
a focus once the website and company is more established.

Next, a media platform such as magazines, journal and a newspaper would be


a great place to start. Getting our company name out in this media platform
would be greatly effective and also an important ways of strategy as majority of
people like to read those papers and most of the people likely still subscribe to
newspapers, magazines and journals. Also offer some types of promotion or
incentives or coupon, for example, 15% off of our products in newspapers, local
magazines or coupon books.

Last but not least, creating our own account, pages and advertisement in a
social media platform such as Facebook and Instagram. This social media
platform is truly important ways of our marketing strategy because majority of
people in the entire world is using their gadgets and most of all people in this
world have their own social media accounts. So, that is what makes the social
media powers because all of the people around the world have their own social
media account at least a Facebook account. When they see our page, and they
are interested with our product, they will look up our social media pages. Other
than that, if they live nearby of our store, they will more likely to come visit our
store to look for our products. It is important for us that people known about our
company, our products and our stores.
Placement

Place is very important in determining the business success and failure. If the
business unable to determine the target market that will achieve marketing goals,
it will also effected on choosing the right place to operate business.

The location of our premise is located at Kuala Lumpur. A key advantage is that
rather than being located in an out-of-reach mall, it will be located within the
target market and conveniently accessible by public transportation. Which is the
mode most often used by our target demographic.

Pricing

Setting a price is very important before we introduce our product to the market.
It is a basic of nature that, if the price product is not reasonable, no one will buy
our product and it is difficult to compete with competitors. The price that our
company set is affordable and reasonable with the best quality offered in the
product. For the beginning of commencement, our company practices on full
cost pricing strategies. The selling price of our product is RM 10- RM100.

II. Suppliers

The lorry used for transportation will be rented until adequate cash flow can be
achieved to purchase one. Payment for manufacturing equipment will be
negotiated to the supplier. Our company will strive to maintain excellent
relationship with its raw supplier. This will help ensure timely delivery of goods
as well as consistency in quality. As Iman Enterprise is pursuing Just-In-Time
strategy with its supply, good supplier relationships important.
