Voici les activités suggérées pour cette semaine. Below are the suggested Daily Physical Activities that your child can do
over the course of the week along with some links to guided lessons. 30 mins of Daily Physical Activity is recommended.

Activity 1:​ Fundamental Movement Skills Dice Activity 2:​ Soccer Dribbling

Activity 3:​ Passing And Striking/kicking Activity 4:​ Get Outside and Play!

1) Start with the plastic cup rim side down with the rim hanging

2) Try to flip your cup to land right side up. When successful you
must run around the table to score a point.

1) To make your frisbee place a sock in between two paper
plates and tape the plates together (your sock should now be
inside your plates).
