Re: Customer Traffic Analysis

I would like to this opportunity to provide my findings based on the hour, and days of operation of
the Bank. The bank is busy during certain times of the day. The hour of operations of the Main by
week tend to be busy during certain time of the day. On Fridays it tends to be a busier on all branches.

ANALYSIS 1: Hourly patterns by week analysis

Analysis:

RGV bank tend to be busy from 9 to noon during the week. The bank sees the greatest number of
customers during this time of the days.

Recommendation

The Bank should have more staff available during 9 to noon to provide a more fast and reliable

Analysis

RGV Bank Main Branch tends to be busier during 9am to 1pm from Monday to Friday and
Saturday from 10 am to noon.

Recommendation:

The Main Branch Bank should have more available staff during 9 am to 1pm from Monday to

Recommendation

All the branches should have more staff on Fridays. In order to provide more faster service to the

Self-Assessment

After completing this assignment, I learned how to use pivot charts, pie, line, bar charts. How to
select the correct fields, putting them in the correct filter, how to edit them and showing the
results, either by days, Times, Places or by average, sum, hour or week.
