I feel that these assessments really got me thinking about myself and how who I

am will affect my future decisions. The tests showed I like to seek out things to do as
well as find people to do them with. I like to do work that is meaningful but also real,
dealing with more facts or “what is” not “what could be. One contracting thing I found in
two different reflections was the type of schedule I want on a job. One says I would want
something very flexible with constantly changing conditions while another says I would
want a strict schedule with a plan laid out before it happens. I am definitely a
collaborative worker, I really like bouncing ideas off of others to get the best possible
result. I am currently looking to play lacrosse in college and that is one thing that is
helping me narrow down my school search. For a long time, I had no clue what I could
possibly want to do with my life and career. Recently, I have mostly narrowed it down to
some type of business or math field. For my career interest results, I got the majority
conventional. This reassured my interest in future careers because it deals with data
and details and fewer ideas. Convential occupations also usually have set procedures
and routines, which I like. Another type of job I scored high in is enterprising. I think
enterprising also supports my interests and will support my choice of career. Since my
top strengths are dependability, competing, and caring, I definitely want to take that into
consideration. I need to look for a job where I can have mutual trust with coworkers and
superiors to help me feel confident in my work. With that, I need to consider the level of
competition in my career and in companies that I may be working for. Lastly, I really
enjoy helping and guiding people to success. I think an important aspect of my dream
job would be doing this while also promoting my own work.
