Finical analysis:
The financial analysis is the soul of any project and the flow of money is one of the main
key factors leading the project besides the management, time, planning and quality. The
financial department that is consisted of young graduated financial specialists and older
high experienced economical specialists and officers are held responsible to this analysis
as agreed with company on the methodologies. so, the project (construction work) is
planned to finish across the span of 5 years. At the end of this period 80 eco-friendly
villas with high technologies supported should be delivered.
According to the resources of the company several villas are built during the same
time span each representing a different phase to the main project. The whole project
should cost 300 million EGP including the company profit. The company profit would be
15% of the whole main project. And also 15% from the phase we are working on which
is set of 40 villas that would cost 40 Million EGP. The rest of the money (The capital of
50 million for this phase) is divided amongst salaries, construction work,
machinery, machinery transportation, logistics, and acquiring licenses, solar panels,
agriculture supplements and construction materials
The agreed contract has the owning company paying an annual amount of 25 Million
EGP representing 15% of the whole project cost. Different costs can be seen in the cash
flow.
