Guidelines for Preparing


for Safe & Sustainable
restart
Preparing to exit COVID-19 lockdown

 Before entering the company(Screening & Monitoring): Before entering the


company, consciously accept the temperature test. If the temperature is normal,
Employee can enter the building to work. If the temperature is over 37.2 ℃, please do
not enter the factory to work and go to the hospital for treatment.
• Maintain the 2 meters distance while entering in Office
• Fill the Health Form

 Hand Sanitizer
• Hand Sanitizer available at following location:
• Main Gate Security Office
• Main Office Area, Middle office Area
• Shop Floor Location, Canteen
• Warehouse & Other Locations.

 Ensure appropriate refill of hand Sanitizer kept at different location with necessary frequency/
consumption

 Fumigation to be carried out of plants, offices, canteen & other locations before starting operations
and as and when needed (Preferably by in-house trained teams)
• Frequent Disinfection / Sanitization of all touch points, common areas.

 Face Mask & Gloves


• Face mask will be provided to all employees.
• All security personal has to wear the Face Mask all the time.
• Housekeeping Personal shall wear Hand Gloves when working, and wash hands bef
 Dining in the canteen: Employees need to bring their lunch from home till the next Notice and Separate
meals shall be adopted to avoid crowded personnel. Tables and chairs are
sanitize after use.

 Meeting/ MORNING BRIEFING / TRAINING :


• All meeting, training and employee communication must follow 2 meter rule.
• Ensure all meeting, training and employee communication concluded in shorter duration and promote
utilization of audio video conferences.
• Hand washing and sanitizing before entering meeting room.
• Ensure air circulation in the meeting room.
• Regular disinfection of meeting room by Housekeeping Supervisor
• Not more then 5 Members in meeting.

 Staircase and Lift discipline :- Ensure social distancing while


walking, using staircases / Lifts.
• Don’t touch any thing while using the staircase
• Don’t use the phone while using the staircase

 Social Distancing:- On the Shop Floor / wash-rooms / Canteen and


other areas where number of employees assemble regularly.

 Educate people for not to talk while working / Lunch.


•Display banners for avoiding talking
•Use visuals/graphics for better communication

 Visitors:-Do not allow visitors / restrict as much as possible. Meeting


should be done through Conference/Virtual Calls only
• Promote virtual meetings
• Restrict VISITORS

 Aarogya Setu App:-Make sure all Employees install and activate

 Avoid biometric attendance for few months :- Avoid Biometric Punching & Monitor through Manually.

 When to wash hands with Soap


•Before and after document transfer
•After coughing or sneezing
•Before, during and after food preparation
•Before lunch /dinner
•After going to the toilet
•When the hands are dirty
•After contact with others
•After going out and coming back

 Separate dust bins for collecting used masks /hand

 Training and Promotion


• Awareness Program on covid-19 for employees and operators.
• Display training material, posters at shop floor & in office area.
• Safety talk of Covid-19 topic on morning meeting.
• Must keep 2 meter rule from each other
• Use of PPEs
• Washing hands
• Seating etiquettes
• Symptoms reporting
• Various precautions

 Discontinue of Newspapers & Magazines in the work premises (E- Learning to be promoted)
• Avoid hard copies

• Promote E- learning / E- reading

 Personal Transport
 Use of Self-Transport is highly recommended
• If using a 2-wheeler, wear proper gear including Helmet & Gloves
• For refueling, use e-Payments or give exact amount of cash (No return change)
• Avoid Car-Pooling, if no option then not more than 2 people.

 Public Transport
 Preferably, avoid Public Transport
• In case unavoidable take care of following:
• Mandatory use of Masks & Gloves
• Avoid touching anything
• Don’t use shared autos & cabs
• Practice social distancing
• Immediately use a sanitizer once your journey is complete

 Material Inward
• Truck Drivers / Courier guys scanning entering in BFI premises ( same instruction to follow as applicable for employees)
• Dedicated person will Disinfection the Box / Pallets / Parcels before unloading.
• Dedicated person must use PPE while Disinfection/ Fumigation.
• At the time of shipment unloading stores personnel must be wearing health safety accessories.
• Disinfection of all documents & couriers those received by 3rd party at security gate.

 Material Outward
• Pickup Truck Drivers/ Pick up Courier guys scanning ( same instruction to follow as applicable for employees)
• Their entry allowed up to gate only, No entry in Office area.
• Transporter vehicle loading while using health safety accessories.

 Bollhoff owned Vehicle

• Driver must be using mask & hand gloves while every shipment delivery.
• After shipment delivery hands to be sanitized.
• 5 pcs of Hand gloves, Mask & Sanitizer must be with driver every time.
• Driver’s every entry screening must be at security gate after returning.
• Vehicle sanitization after delivery, enter in to premises.
