CONTRACT OF SERVICES
For the Second Party:

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract of Services made and entered into by and between J.H CERILLES
STATE COLLEGE, represented in this act by the SCHOOL PRESIDENT, MARY
JOCELYN V. BATTUNG, Ph.D., with office and postal address at Mati, San Miguel,
Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

-and-
FELECISIMO G. ABADILLA, JR.

FELICISIMO G. ABADILLA, JR. of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of TAMBULIG,

ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, Philippines, hired as PART-TIME INSTRUCTOR with a
salary/honorarium of Php___100___ per hour of the J.H. CERILLES STATE COLLEGE
referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

-WITNESSETH-

That the FIRST PARTY, without any regular or casual employee available or
sufficient funds to hire such employees, is in dire need of additional manpower to carry out
certain tasks in the office;

That the SECOND PARTY has signified her intention to provide the services needed
by the FIRST PARTY;

That the SECOND PARTY has not been the subject of any administrative case nor
been previously dismissed from the service due to the commission of an administrative
offense;

That the SECOND PARTY not related to, nor has any relationship in any degree
prohibited under the rule of nepotism, with the FIRST PARTY;

That the SECOND PARTY is not of retirable age;

NOW, THEREFORE, the FIRST PARTY hereby contracts to hire the services of
the SECOND PARTY and the latter agrees thereto with the obligations of the parties specified
herein below under the following terms and conditions:
For the First Party:

OBLIGATIONS OF THE FIRST PARTY:

(To include other specific duties and responsibilities of the First Party)

1. To provide the SECOND PARTY all requirements, tools, and supplies necessary in the
performance of the required duties and responsibilities;

2. To pay the SECOND PARTY the amount of Php __100___ per hour payable.

This contract shall be effective from _5th day of August, 2019 until the _ 31st day
of December 2019, unless earlier terminated by and at the option of the FIRST PARTY, and
may be renewed for a similar period of time.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures this 5th
day of AUGUST 2019, at Mati, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines.
