Descartes Route Planner™ - Super User Training 2017

Course Objectives
Super user training is designed to provide trainees with a working knowledge of advanced capabilities in Descartes
Route Planner™. This will help users get the most value out of the planning and scheduling process while using
Descartes Route Planner. In addition, we cover solution best practices as they relate to the needs of your business.

Key Tasks
• Understand the application’s architecture and how the different components work together
• Configure and apply advanced user-interface (UI) functionality throughout the application
• Implement planning and routing configurations using optimization that meets business needs

Who Should Attend?

• Route planners/dispatchers working with the Descartes Route Planner solution
• Solution trainers
• Solution architects and business managers

Prerequisites
Attendees should have intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Descartes Route Planner to ensure all
participants are able to keep pace with the training. Knowledge of the overall planning process is also helpful.

Attendees need to bring a laptop running Windows® 10, 8 or 7 including Microsoft Office® and Microsoft Internet
Explorer® version 9.0 or later.

Certificate
At the conclusion of the training, attendees receive a Descartes Route Planner Super User certificate of completion.
