THANK YOU
from everyone

This is has been an incredibly trying time for our company, and likely, many
other logistics and transportation companies.

In regards to Governor Whitmer's mandatory shelter-in-place order, Sweet

Express and our subsidiaries fortunately fall under the category of "essential
industry" within Transportation and Logistics. With that being said, it is
regrettably impossible to send all of our employees home to stay sheltered
with their families. For all of those currently working and dedicated to
making sure we are able to provide our country with the supplies we need to
fight the virus, it is truly appreciated. Our team is truly amazing, and our
family values are shining brighter than ever. Our drivers are driving around
the clock, through all conditions and overall, completely unprecedented
times in our country. We are beyond thankful to the drivers doing this, and
our office personnel as well, working tirelessly to make sure everyone is able
to survive these trying times.Beyond our Express Companies family, we are
also thankful to the other essential industries and business that are
remaining open during this turbulent time. We couldn't do it without you all.

CURRENT STATE OF SAFETY

Safety Tips for Truck Drivers

From our Human Resources Department:

In light of the recent riots and protests, we have compiled a list of tips to help drivers
in the case they are caught in an unwanted situation. Please take tips into
consideration if you find yourself in a situation

Pre-plan as best as possible for safe havens across their routes. This can include looking
at different options for where to spend the night or travel to for their protection.

When planning - attempt to avoid large cities if possible however there is no guarantee
these are not happening in the smallest of towns.

Stay informed on what is going on both locally and nationally.

Stay calm, and collected.

Slow down if approaching a riot and immediately contact Authorities if placed in a

position that they feel unsafe.

Communicate with their Driver Managers immediately and/or AfterHours.

Follow the rules of Sweet Express, DOT and FMCSA when over the road (no hitting,
bumping or running over someone)

Know the firearm policy with the company.

As always, use best judgement when faced in any scenario where they feel worried,
intimidated or in a tough position where help is needed. Sweet Express does not
condone violence.

Employees can utilize the Panic button on their Peoplenet.

Always stay focused while on the road, attempt to stop as soon as possible before
entering the crowds. Utilize their speciality as best as possible.
