PAULUS TANNOS, Indonesian Citizen, was born in Jakarta on 9th July 1954,
vocation: private employee, domiciled at Jln. Golf Sawangan, RT. 002, RW.
007, Kel. Sawangan, Kec. Sawangan, Depok City; holding Personal ID No.:
3276030907540003, temporarily residing in Singapore, and in this occasion
acting for and behalf of himself, and addressed hereinafter as AUTHORIZER /
RESPONDENT II;

individually and jointly, addressed hereinafter as AUTHORIZED;

representing for and on behalf of the AUTHORIZED acting as RESPONDENT II in

the Suspension of Debt Payment (PKPU) civil case, pursuant to the Decision of the
Jakarta Commercial Court in the Central Jakarta District Court Number: 138/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2016/PN.Pn.Jkt.Pst dated on 9th January 2017, motioned by PT. SENJA IMAJI
PRISMA acting as SUSPENSION OF DEBT PAYMENT PLAINTIFF (PKPU
PLAINTIFF) against: PT. MEGALESTARI UNGGUL as RESPONDENT I,
PAULUS TANNOS as RESPONDENT II, LINA RAWUNG as RESPONDENT III,
PAULINE TANNOS as RESPONDENT IV and CATHERINE TANNOS as
RESPONDENT V, toward every action and or administration conducted by the
Administrator or Receiver and the Supervisor Judge appointed pursuant to the
abovementioned decision.

With that intent, the AUTHORIZED is granted the power to appear before the Jakarta
Commercial Court in the Central Jakarta District Court to attend every invitation or
meeting (Creditors Meeting, Verification, etc.) that is held by the Administrator or
Receiver and or the Supervisor Judge; filing complaints, application and notification
to the Presiding Council of Judges, submitting documentary evidences, rejecting
documentary evidences / receipts from the creditors, submitting amicable settlement
proposal, requesting for an additional Administrator / Receiver and or its replacement,
submitting procedural renvoi, altering or amending the pre-existing agreements with
its counter-parties, signing amicable settlement motion / proposal, receiving payment
and or signing every receipt necessary in the interest of the AUTHORIZER.

The AUTHORIZED is also vested with the power to file both civil and criminal
lawsuits against the actions of the Administrator / Receiver, should they commit
tortious / criminal acts according to the existing laws, along the process of the
administration / settlement that infringes the interest of the AUTHORIZER.

Explicitly, the AUTHORIZED is granted the complete Rights and Authorities to

perform legal acts, such that the AUTHORIZER may do so in his stead pursuant to
Law No. 37 Year 2004 on Insolvency and Suspension of Debt Payment (UUK), and
other existing Regulations in Indonesia insofar that it does not infringes the
AUTHORIZER’s rights and legal interests.

This Power of Attorney is granted by the AUTHORIZER along with substitution

rights and Retention Rights and remains valid unless upon the revocation by the
AUTHORIZER. The AUTHORIZER chooses the AUTHORIZED’s office as his
legal domicile.

In witness whereof, this power of attorney is made according with the intent and
purpose expressed above.
