SUBJECT : IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF SECTION

4(AA) OF REPUBLIC ACT (RA) NO. 11469 OTHERWISE
KNOWN AS THE BAYANIHAN TO HEAL AS ONE ACT

Notice is hereby given to all financing companies (FCs), lending companies (LCs)
and Microfinance NGOs (MFNGOs) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of
Section 4(aa) of Republic Act (RA) No. 11469 otherwise known as the Bayanihan to
Heal as One Act, issued on 01 April 2020 (copy follows).

All FCs, LCs, and MFNGOs are hereby required to comply with the provisions
thereof.
