Emcee: Good Afternoon everyone.

Ladies/Gentlemen, we would like to greet

everyone a lovely saturday afternoon.
Kristine: Why don't we make this afternoon not just wonderful but also a day full
of learning, especially that we want to share something relatable to all of you.
Hamiel: Yes Partner, you know, we've anticipated long enough for this day to
come, and here we are.
Kristine: But anticipation comes with a lot of efforts, sleepless nights, and wishful
thoughts now come into reality because you all are here. So what're we waiting
for?
Emcee: The long wait is over, on behalf of PSY185 class, we welcome you to our
seminar titled: .
Kristins & Hamiel: Depressure: Rise up young professionals!!
Emcee: Now we may request everyone of you to rise for our National Anthem to
be led and conducted by Mr. Jerome Alcarmen.
--------------end of National Anthem----------------
Emcee: Please remain Standing, Let us all feel the presence of our almighty God as
we offer him a prayer to be led by Ms. Lenhell Moran.
Lenhell: Let’s place ourselves in the presence of the Lord. (Pause for a few
seconds)
Dear God, we offer everything to you during this seminar. May we ask for your
blessing and divine providence that the activities set for this undertaking be
successful and effective.
Today we give you our hearts, our minds and our lives. Come speak your words of
life into our beings. We pray that you would deepen our comprehension, broaden
our thinking, and transform our understanding of what we are about to study. For
you are our wise counsellor, our perfect teacher and our faithful friend.

We pray that you bless all the committees in charge that they fulfill their tasks
responsibly; that the objectives they have set may all be achieved.
Your generous blessing would mean the success of this seminar. We know that
without it, we can do nothing.

May we be living witnesses of your genuine love, through the implementation of

the knowledge acquired through this activity. Grant us your divine wisdom as we
go about our daily task after this seminar.

This we ask in Jesus’ name, amen.

-------------end of Prayer---------------------------

speakers let's now call on our first speaker Ms. Lynne Rodriguez as she had this
sayings in life “Remember who you are and the game will change” by Lalah
Deliah, and let us give her around of applause.
Lynn: Behind that degree, who are you? By: Lynne Rodriguez In this short talk, I
want to be able to talk about the pressure of becoming the ideal mental health
advocate, or the fear of only becoming a mediocre psychologist. Given that mental
health has now become a prevalent topic, as psychology majors, we aim to be the
best advocates to help decrease depression rates in this country. However, due to
this pressure, we tend to become preachy. While there is nothing wrong with trying
to educate, we tend to cross lines. And I want to be able to talk about
distinguishing what your personality; who you really are without always anchoring
your degree.

------------------end of 1st speaker-----------------

Emcee: We've learned so much from you Ms. Lynne Rodriguez and thank you and
now before we proceed to our second speaker, may we call on Mr. Paul Itay for the
