Tell me about yourself.

Hi. Thanks for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Shoyeb
Haider. I'm 23 years old. I just finished my graduation on Eletrical and Electronics
Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology. Currently I'm
staying at Dhaka with my family. Before this I have background in Power
Company, in 3 months experience as Trainee Engineer . Thank you

Why should I hire you?

As I am fresher, I need an opportunity to show my skills, hardworking for your

company and I need a platform to improve my skills in a reputed organisation like
yours. I read about your company and your company is the best for me for
improving my skills. I will have zeal to learn new things and do work in efficient
and smart way. I will not say I am the best person sitting in front of you than the
other person but I will put all efforts to reach your company goals.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Strength:

Being Confidence and Positive attitude, good team worker, like leadership quality
and serve to the needy, good listener and learner, friendly nature, and like to be
energetic always.

Weakness:

Sometimes I believe people at first meeting, sometimes get annoyed for most
people disturbing me in work and I am a lazy about which I am not interested.
Why do you want to work at our company?

I am at the first point of my career. Your organisation is reputed and I can see my
bright and secure future. Your organisation can provide me a platform where I can
explore my talent and I can improve my knowledge and skills. I am looking for a
stable Job and with your organisation I do not need to change the job.

What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

Confident is that when anyone thinks that I can do this work and he believe
himself and he get success whereas over confident is that when anyone thinks
that nobody can do this work besides me.

What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Hard work is putting all our effort to our destination that what should I
accomplish, without time management. Smartwork is a best way to accomplish
our destination with time management when comparing with others.

How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

I like to complete my work in time. So I don't think that this situation will occur.
But sometimes it does happen some extra pieces of work come & we have to do
that work within stipulated time. If such a situation arise I will always be there to
do the work.

Can you work under pressure?

If anyone love his job and find interest on it then there will be no pressure on him
to complete his duty. If I get a chance to work under high pressure then I will
definitely try to do my job. It will enhance my capability with no doubt. Pressure
never remains same. It will not create a problem for me. But honestly I won’t like
working under high pressure as it will affect my efficiency.

Are you willing to relocate or travel?

I would like to relocate because being in one place doesn't help us, relocating has
many benefits such as learning new things, new culture, new language and
coming across different kinds of people.

Would you lie for the company?

Probably I would say no for lie. But if condition persists that my lie will help
thousand of persons and it not giving any impact to other persons than I will
really agree with lie. My one lie result lot of success and happiness to other
without hurting others rights than I expect to do this. I would definitely prefer to
be honest. Also I believe that the reputed company like your's does not need to
lie for any reason.

How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

Actually I am fresher, I want to learn from your company and do not really want
to leave early. Well sir I'm not saying that I'll be with you forever. But I am sure if
there be a good, health and friendly environment among us then I would not like
to leave this organization.
