EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT BETWEEN

EMPLOYER AND TRAVELING SALESMAN

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this agreement made this _____th day of

________________________________, of legal age, single (or,
married to ________________________________), and a resident
of ________________________________, hereto
________________________________), and a resident of
________________________________, hereinafter called the
Employer and ________________________________, of legal age,
single (or married to ________________________________), and a
resident of ________________________________, hereinafter
called the Salesman,

WITNESSETH:

1. That the Employer employs the Salesman and the Salesman

serves the Employer as a traveling salesman in Employer's business
of ________________________________ for a period of
________________________________ years from the date hereof,
subject to termination as hereinafter provided.

2. The Employer shall pay the Salesman a salary at the rate of

_____________________Pesos (Php______) per month payable on
the _15th and 30th day of the month, plus a commission of
________________________________ per cent on the sums
actually received by the Employer in respect to all orders obtained by
the Salesman from customers. The Salesman is entitled to a
reimbursement of all his reasonable and actual expenses for
traveling, board and lodging, postage and other expenses reasonably
incurred by him as such Salesman in or about other expenses
reasonably incurred by him as such Salesman in or about the
business of the Employer.

3. The Salesman shall diligently and faithfully serve the

Employer in such capacity as aforesaid, shall devote all his time and
energy to such service, and obey at all times all reasonable directions
of the Employer in regard to such service, and shall keep accurate
accounts of all orders received by him, and of all other transactions
made by him in relation to such business, and will forward to the
Employer a daily statement of all business, and will forward to the
Employer a daily statement of all business done by him each day
specifying customers and other persons from whom he received
orders.
 4. Either party may terminate this agreement without cause by
giving to the other __one (1)__ month notice in writing, and the
Employer may also terminate this agreement without notice in the
event of any breach of any condition hereof by the Salesman.
