SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know all men by these presents:

That I, JEFFREY DELA CRUZ, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of

Elmwood, Chicago, Illinois, United States of America, do hereby make,
constitute and appoint JUAN DELA CRUZ , Filipino, of legal age, and a resident
of NHA Mandurriao, Iloilo City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-
in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead to do the following acts and
things, to wit:

a. To represent me during the hearing of the case that I filed before the
Regional Trial Court (Region 6);

b. The details of the case that I filed which is pending before the RTC is as
follows:

a. Case No. ______ For: Accion Reivindicatoria; Quieting of Title and

Damages; With Prayer for Preliminary Mandatory Injunction
against PEDRO SANTOS.

c. That I authorize my attorney-in-fact Juan dela Cruz to represent me

during the filing of the case before the Regional Trial Court, to represent
me during the pre-trial conference and all stages of the case filed against
the respondent;

d. To execute and sign affidavits, verifications and all necessary documents

relative to the above-mentioned case;

e. To do and agree on such other matters as may aid in the prompt

disposition of the action.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-fact full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary
or proper to be done in or about the premises as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, hereby ratifying
and confirming all that said attorneys may lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue of these presents.
