Explanation:

Getting a master’s degree is an outstanding way to advance my

knowledge and field experience. So as a MAEd-AS student, I think VMGO is
very vital because this will serve as my guide to become an efficient facilitator
of learning. I can relate my VMGO to the university’s VMGO and the
program goal. The biggest dream of the university is to become an institution
as a higher learning. So as part of this school, I need to help the university to
attain this and also helping myself to achieve my dreams by setting goals,
creating plans and putting plans into action. Therefore, if I succeed doing all
of these, I can be an effective leader in the field of education in the future.
