    TITLE:

    The Emergence of E-Wallet: A Comparative Study of GCash and PayMaya

    OBJECTIVES:

    1. One of the objectives of this study is to assess the impacts of e-wallets such as
    GCash and PayMaya when it comes to satisfying the needs of customers in
    cashless transactions.

    2. Another objective of this study is to make comparative analysis of customer


    satisfaction on transactions with the use of GCash and PayMaya.

    VARIABLES TO BE USED:

    The following variables will be used for the data analysis of the study

    a. Reliability
    b. perceived ease of use
    c. security/privacy confidence,
    d. credibility
    e. Accessibility

    TYPE OF DATA GATHERING

    5-point Likert scale will be used for collecting data in a form of well-structured survey
    questionnaire having Strongly Disagree (SD), Disagree (D), Indifferent (I), Agree (A) and
    Strongly Agree (SA) as the choices in every question.
