INTERACTIVE POWERPOINT WITHOUT AUTOMATIC SCORING

1. Open Power Point

2. On the 1st Slide- Encode PRACTICE TEST by (Your name)
3. 2nd Slide- Remove the Text box by clicking the side of the PPT and pressting
CTRL-A then press delete.
4. Copy Paste the Test Questions from the Practice Test File by inserting text box.
5. In inserting Text box, go to INSERT. Then select TEXT BOX.
6. Then press the crossed cursor on the PPT template.
7. Copy the test question and options for answers on separate text boxes.
8. Change the color of the text box as you like through click the Text box, go to
format , shape fill, select color.
9. Do this until all five items are encoded/transferred.
10.Now Add two slides after item 1 (slide 2).
11.Insert GIF Happy Smiley on the next slide and GIF Sad Smiley (add TRY AGAIN)
on the next..
12.Insert music, through INSERT, AUDIO, AUDIO on my PC, locate the MP3 audio
file on the folder for LAC Session. Do this with the Happy (correct sound), and
SAD (error sound).
13.Link now the answers as to correct or wrong.
14.Click the text box, then FORMAT, ACTION, HYPERLIINK TO: ------ SLIDE,
SELECT THE SLIDE NUMBER, then press OK.
15.You may check the PLAY SOUND and select APPLAUSE OR BOMB for correct and
error.
16.Insert TEXT BOX (“NEXT”) on CORRECT slide to proceed to the next item.
Follow the number 14 instruction to utilized hyperlinks.
17.Insert TEXT BOX (“BACK TO QUESTION”) on WRONG slide to proceed to the
next item. Follow the number 14 instruction to utilized hyperlinks.
18.Follow this until all slides are links and have connections.
19. Print your output.
