    DATE : November 22, 2019

    Sir,

    I received my relieved order on Nov 15, 2019 after my duty at Malabon City Jail around
    1400h.

    The reason for not reporting on duty with the following dates; November 18,19, 20, 2019
    is that we have an emergency at home and my wife got sick (fever and flu) and as a
    father I have to take care of my children during that time which every father will actually
    do.

    In this regard, please accept my sincerest apology, and I will do my best not to happen
    it again.
